Budapest, March 3 (MTI) – Hungarian national air carrier Malev will start scheduled bus services between four of Hungary’s biggest cities and Budapest’s Ferihegy International Airport from April, the airline told MTI on Thursday.
The bus services will operate three times a day from Debrecen (E), Miskolc (NE), Pecs (S) and Szeged (S).Passengers on the buses will be able to check in before they reach the airport.
Budapest, March 4 (MTI) – A document on the implementation of a common European airspace programme was adopted at a high level aviation conference organised under the Hungarian EU Presidency in Budapest on Friday, a senior National Development Ministry official told a press conference.
The Budapest Declaration lists a wide range of measures on implementing the Single European Sky programme and improving efficiency in air traffic management in Europe, said state secretary Pal Volner.
The document stipulates that EU member states will make their best effort to set functional airspace blocs by December 4 in 2012, the ministry said.
