Malév customers in Hungary begin all their trips from Terminal 2B of Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport.
From 1 June passenger check-in takes place with four additional check-in desks at Terminal 2B, in other words from the beginning of the month check-in for all Malév services – irrespective of destination – is handled exclusively in a single terminal.
Once the check-in procedure is completed and after spending time in the new SkyCourt building, Malév customers should present themselves for boarding in exactly the same way as before, that is they depart from the terminal serving either Schengen (T2A) or non-Schengen (T2B) destinations. Accordingly, arrivals are also handled in the same way i.e. passengers coming from Schengen countries arrive at Terminal 2A and passengers coming from non-Schengen countries arrive at Terminal 2B.
Customers will also find the redesigned and more spacious Malév ticketing office at Terminal 2B, while the office located at Terminal 2A is being closed down from the initiation of the new operating system.
